Consultation

We will begin with a consultation to discuss what goals you have for your trip, who all is traveling, the best time to go, any special interests or must-do items you have on your list and any additional information needed in order to create a quote and itinerary that checks all the boxes.

Quoting

After we have had a chance to discuss what you want your trip to look like and you decide to hire me as your travel advisor, I will create a customized quote for you based on what we have discussed, as well as my recommendations.

Booking and Managing the Reservation

Once we have finalized the itinerary and you have approved it, I will get to work booking all of the reservations on your behalf. Through partnerships that I have within my network, I will work to make sure I am getting the best value for you while booking all components of your trip.

As we approach your travel date, I will provide you with a detailed digital itinerary via Travefy with your travel documents all in one place.

Support While Traveling

In the days leading up to the start of your vacation, I will check in to confirm you have everything that you need, answer any questions. While you are in destination, I am on standby if you need assistance with any aspect of your trip or someone to guide you in the right direction.
